1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aq789" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at aq789.org, including all games, betting markets, tools, and services offered thereon.
• "Platform" means the aq789 website, its subdomains, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's aq789 Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of aq789 services, you must create a registered Account. During registration on aq789, you are required to provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.

With respect to Account security, you agree and acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aq789 username and password;
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• You must notify aq789 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;

• You agree to use two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional layer of security on your aq789 Account;
• Any activity conducted from your Account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, is your sole responsibility regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.

aq789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of security protocols is detected or reasonably suspected.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. aq789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are owned and registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests on aq789 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering (AML) safeguard;

5.3 Currency. All Account balances on aq789 are maintained in PKR. Where Cryptocurrency deposits are used, the equivalent PKR value at the time of deposit confirmation is credited to your Account.

5.4 Failed Transactions. aq789 is not liable for any losses arising from failed or delayed transactions caused by third-party payment providers, banking network outages, or incorrect payment details supplied by the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

aq789 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion will carry specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while bonus is active, and expiry periods;
• Where a wagering requirement applies, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is granted;
• aq789 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, pattern betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts, payment methods, or devices is fraudulent conduct;
• aq789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aq789 Platform, including live casino, slots, virtual casino, cricket betting, and fishing games, are governed by individual game rules displayed within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, these general Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly provide otherwise.

With regard to fair play, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino games;

• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to evade transaction monitoring;

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aq789 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aq789 Platform — including but not limited to the aq789 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, databases, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of aq789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any aq789 content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the aq789 Platform;
• Use the aq789 brand, logo, or trade dress in connection with any third-party product or service.

10 Privacy & Data

aq789 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on aq789, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your aq789 Account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat function in your account dashboard. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification and withdrawal processing conditions.

12.2 Termination by aq789. aq789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Registration from or access via a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the age eligibility requirement;
• At aq789's sole discretion where continued Account operation is deemed contrary to the Platform's integrity or legal obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, aq789 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Any pending withdrawals may be cancelled and reversed to the Account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

13 Disputes & Complaints

aq789 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your aq789 experience, you should follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the aq789 customer support team via the live chat function in your account dashboard. Provide full details of the issue, including relevant dates, times, game names, and transaction IDs where applicable.

In the event that a game malfunction, technical error, or data feed fault is identified as the cause of a disputed outcome, aq789 may void the relevant bet or round and refund the staked amount. Winnings generated from a demonstrably erroneous outcome will not be paid.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the aq789 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which aq789's international gaming licence is issued. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure described in Section 13.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent aq789 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary to protect its rights or assets.

15 Amendments to Terms

aq789 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aq789 will endeavour to notify active Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continued use of the aq789 Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 12.1.
